Change your plan

Upgrade

To upgrade to Developer or Startup plans, go to Settings, then Usage & billing > Change plan, and select your desired plan. Upgrading to a Scale plan requires the Browserbase team. Book a demo to get started. You can also reach Browserbase at sales@browserbase.com.

Upgrade to Verified

Contact Browserbase to confirm Verified eligibility and enable it for your project. Learn what Verified includes and how it works.

Cancel

To cancel your Browserbase plan, go to Settings, then Usage & billing > Change plan, and select Free Plan.

Invoices

The invoices you receive depend on your plan:
  • Free: No invoices.
  • Developer and Startup: Two separate invoices: a subscription invoice for your plan’s base price and a usage invoice for Model Gateway tokens and overages (usage beyond your plan’s included allocations).
  • Scale: One invoice covering your plan and usage.
To view your invoices or update your payment method, go to Settings, then Usage & billing.

Adding VAT to invoices

To add your tax ID to future invoices:
  1. Go to Settings, then Usage & billing > Manage billing.
  2. In the Stripe customer portal, select Update information and add your tax ID.
Your tax ID will appear on all future invoices.
